We only use professional courier companies to deliver goods. Larger items or orders may be palletised and sent using a pallet courier.
We offer next day delivery when you order before 3pm on working days. Please note bulky/large items (barbells etc) make take up to 3 working days and may not all arrive at the same time.
If your order is very large/heavy please note that it may be delivered on a pallet. These deliveries may take up to 4Â business days.
With large multi-item orders, sometimes the courier may not deliver your order all on the same day due to the size and weight of the boxes. If part of your order arrives then the rest should arrive in the next day. Please allow at least 48 hours before getting in touch.

No, we will only cover the cost for a faulty item return.

We put a lot of time and money into making sure that goods are as safe as possible when being shipped but unfortunately sometimes they may arrive damaged.
