Delivery

Express shipping from £5. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer next day delivery when you order before 3pm on working days. Please note bulky/large items (barbells etc) make take up to 3 working days. 

Please note for the Highland and Islands delivery may take slightly longer. 

With large multi-item orders, sometimes the courier may not deliver your order all on the same day due to the size and weight of the boxes. If part of your order arrives then the rest should arrive in the following day at the latest. Please allow at least 48 hours before getting in touch.

If your order is very large/heavy please note that it may be delivered on a pallet. These deliveries may take up to 4 business days. These are kerbside deliveries only. We recommend having a few helping hands to assist the courier with large/heavy deliveries. Factory Weights do not recommend one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

We appreciate your custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Factory Weights offers a 30-day money back guarantee if the item(s) are in new condition and have not been opened.Please note, in this case you will need to arrange and pay for this via a courier of your choice. 

If you find that a product you have received is faulty, please get in touch via email help@factoryweights.co.uk or social media and we will try to find a solution. If no solution can be found you will need to return the item(s) back to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item(s), we will either dispatch a replacement or refund the item(s) depending on your preference. When sending an item for a return or refund, please include a note with your name and order number. Faulty items should be returned to:
