Steel Indian Clubs

FG icon

Indian Clubs or meels as they are referred to in Iran can be traced back to 4th century BC. Originally used as weapons and training for battle to improve strength, endurance and balance in warriors. During the 19th century they even became an Olympic sport. But in more recent history they were popularised by the 'Iron Sheik' performing his insane feat of swinging 75lb meels for reps.

Most importantly they may be the best piece of training equipment you aren't using. Factory Weights Steel Indian Clubs are a modern take on these ancient training tools. Also known as 'Clubbells' they can help to develop high levels of functional strength, endurance and mobility and can be used for a wide variety of exercises and routines which can work the full body. Train like your ancestors.
