The Concept2 RowErg® sets the benchmark for indoor rowing machines. The RowErg, designed by rowers for rowers, is used by people of all ages and abilities throughout the world looking for a full-body, low-impact workout.
As engineers, we value a clean, efficient design. The RowErg is designed to run smoothly, be easy to maintain, and last a lifetime. This is the same machine that Olympic and elite-level athletes use to train for their sport; it can easily withstand the rigours of daily training. At the same time, it supports everyone's training goals, whether you're just starting out in fitness, looking to try something new, or are a seasoned athlete.
The strong Performance Monitor connects to a variety of apps over Bluetooth, including our free software ErgData. ErgData allows you to create workouts, participate in the Concept2 Workout of the Day, track and analyse your progress, and row alongside other members of the community on a virtual course. This is made easier by our built-in device holder, which can accommodate everything from phones to huge tablets and is easy to adjust and rapidly.
The Concept2 RowErg comes with either standard or tall legs. The normal legs provide a 14-inch (36-cm) seat height, whilst the taller legs raise the seat 20 inches (51 cm) off the floor. The Model D Indoor Rower is now called the RowErg with regular legs. The tall leg option is a replacement for the Model E, which is no longer available. Taller users do not need a higher seat, and both machines accommodate inseams of up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). Rowers with longer inseams may want an extra-long monorail.
