Rower & Skier for boxing gym.
We bought a rower and ski erg for our boxing gym and there where delivered a few days later.
Perfect equipment to supplement the outdoor running to build the Cardio of the boxers.
After ordering the goods arrived well packaged and without damage. I unpacked and put the equipment together myself in about three hours ( both machines ) the instructions where relatively easy to follow.
I would recommend that two of you put the machines together as it is more difficult on your own, the skier. in particular is tricky on your own.
Both machines are easy to operate, are of a solid construction and work really well. As we are not a commercial gym open in the daytime these machines s are a very cost effective alternative of equal quality to more expensive brands like concept 2.
