Brilliant bit of kit, excellent quality and easy to fill!
I am new to Strongman sand bags, but not to regular sand bags or gym equipment. This bag is made of very durable material, has a very strong internal zip closure and two strong velcro seals.
It looks more than enough to do what it's designed to do. Was delivered very quickly.
It took exactly two 20kg bags of play sand from Wickes at a cost of £12. When I buy the 6okg bag I expect it will take three bags of play sand and again be perfectly filled to the brim.

The sand is secured with 2 folding layers of industrial strength velcro then sealed with a YKK zip and 2 final layers of overlapping velcro.
These bags are suitable for indoor and outdoor use! The strongman sand bags are a perfect form of grip training and for combat athletes, rugby players, Crossfit athletes, strongmen or even someone who's looking to switch up their workouts. We recommend using play sand to fill the bags up. Please note that the weight of the bag will depend on the density and size of the sand being used. Please note sand is not included.
