Steel Squat Wedges (Pair)

The wedges are very sturdy and secure . ( Note you will need a thin mat / carpet below them so you don't mark your floor)

Taller heel raise than expected - though i did check the height before buying.

Not quite long enough to get my size 11 foot fully onto but not far off. .

Despite the two notes above, i certainly feel the effects when squatting etc and I'm happy with the purchase. ...Yes, good bits of kit. Glad i went with individual wedges rather than with a one piece, wider wedge option. these are more versatile i think.

Well built, thick steel, extremely durable. No worries about weight on the back.

These arrived very quickly and have worked perfectly for me. These feel very sturdy and stable under heavy loads. Brilliantly built bit of kit.

I'm looking forward to using these wedges to improve my squats and strengthen my joints as advertised. The wedges are well made and reassuringly heavy.

As I have a slight deficit in my left ankle I'm currently practising heel drops/raises off a step and will be using the wedges in due course
